🌿 Haru Care

For everyday support and education. Not therapy, not emergency calling, not GPS tracking, not a medical device.

Inspired by the community. Built with care for everyday life.

A personal beginning

Haru Care began with an active-duty U.S. police officer’s encounters with autistic children and a deep appreciation for the families and caregivers who support them every day.

Community experience, informed by practical advice

The creator sought advice from teachers and staff supporting children across different organizations. Those conversations helped shape the purpose of Haru Care: connect everyday communication, visual routines, safety pictures and selected care notes so families and caregivers can work together.

Start by listening to the child

I’m thirsty. I need a break. No. Please help me. Large picture buttons and short phrases give children ways to express needs and preferences. Families can adjust sound and movement to suit the individual.

Show a small safe action

Stop before the water, wait on the sidewalk, keep hands away from hot things. Friendly picture stories offer small actions to explore with a caregiver, without frightening injury scenes. They do not replace adult supervision.

Make room for more than one language

Korean, English, Spanish and optional bilingual labels help families and caregivers in the U.S., Korea and Mexico explore the same routines together. These are our initial audiences, not geographic restrictions.

An independent service

Haru Care is an independent service. It is not created, operated, endorsed or certified by a police department.

Who built this
