This notice covers the Haru Care website and daily support app. Processing depends on the features used and the sharing choices you make.
Adult accounts
Adult access currently uses email and password sign-in and an adult lock. Adult contact details and a child’s help-card details are separate. Children should not create adult accounts.
Records and storage
Schedules, expressions, notes and settings are used on the device. Choosing account storage may store records on the server. The demo uses sample records and does not save demo records to a real account. Avoid entering unnecessary diagnoses, identity documents or sensitive information.
Selected sharing
Family and caregiver sharing uses the recipients and record types you select. Revoking sharing may not remove copies already downloaded or printed by another person.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare-based services provide hosting; Stripe provides payments; Resend delivers password reset emails. Card entry takes place on Stripe. The app does not provide a feature that stores card numbers.
Advertising and cookies
Google ad code is not currently run in the app or demo. An AdSense ownership-verification file is not advertising tracking code. Before introducing ads, we will explain the pages, providers, cookies and consent choices involved. Child records and health information are not used for personalized advertising.
Controls and contact
Use adult tools to delete records, revoke sharing and manage backups. Check backups before clearing browser data. Contact support@harucareapp.com for privacy or account requests.
